Participating Partners
Last updated: 2026-04-29
MoldRemovalCheck routes calls to mold inspection and remediation providers via Service Direct (Sagax Media, LLC). The current list of participating providers is updated as Service Direct's marketplace evolves.
When the assessment indicates that professional eyes are warranted, MoldRemovalCheck routes you to a vetted local provider through our routing partner, Service Direct (operated by Sagax Media, LLC). The list below identifies the categories of providers in the network and the criteria we apply.
Vetting criteria
Every provider in the network is screened for:
- IICRC certification (S520 mold remediation, S500 water damage where applicable)
- State licensing where state law requires it (TX, FL, NY, LA, CA, MD, WA where applicable)
- BBB rating threshold
- Time in business minimum
- General liability and pollution liability insurance verification
Categories of providers
- IICRC-certified mold remediation specialists
- Inspection-only environmental hygienists and Certified Mold Inspectors (CMI)
- Mold-specialty firms (mold focus, vs broader restoration)
- Small-job-friendly local pros for sub-10-square-foot scope
Current network roster
[PARTNERS LIST — see MRC-013-URL]
The full enumerated roster is confirmed at the Service Direct URL handoff (MRC-013-URL) and pulled from the Service Direct provider directory. Until that ticket lands, this section intentionally describes the network categorically because Service Direct dynamically routes to dozens of providers per geography and the roster changes as providers join and leave the marketplace. The TCPA consent block (see Privacy Policy) names the providers by category for this reason.
For specific provider information at the time of routing, the matched provider's name, license, certifications, BBB rating, and years in business are displayed at the moment of connection. You may decline any specific match without losing access to the Resolution Path.
How we are paid
MoldRemovalCheck receives a referral fee from Service Direct when an assessment-completed homeowner connects with a participating provider and a qualified call is delivered. We are not paid for the assessment itself, and we do not earn more for routing you to a higher-priced provider. Our incentive is to route accurately so providers receive qualified calls and homeowners get right-sized help.
